Matthias has professional experience in executive positions in various fields such as strategic CEO Consulting, strategic HR/Change Management, Executive Search, Regulation in the EU, UK and Germany, Parliamentary and Governmental Relations, Communications, Public Relations and Marketing and has an extensive high-level network within the financial sector, Industry, politics and the media in Germany and the EU. 

He works as a Consultant with Spencer Stuart and is Board member of Green Hydrogen Technologies GmbH (GHT). In his professional career he has been owned responsibilities e.g. in challenges of leadership, change, communications or regulatory strategy. His experiences include establishing new business opportunities, developing strategies for the re-positioning of companies, building up new corporate divisions or regulatory strategy in complex merger and acquisition transactions, as well as leading broad internal transformation, executive search and leadership development processes.
